GRANT AWARDED - Kirkby Lonsdale Cricket Club
The 3R Foundation recently awarded £461 to Kirkby Lonsdale Cricket Club for cricket balls.
Kirkby Lonsdale Cricket Club has a long history and was formed over 180 years ago. The club currently has 2 senior teams playing in Division 5 of The Westmorland Cricket League on Sundays.

They play throughout the summer at Lunefield Park, Just off Devils Bridge. They pride themselves as being a warm welcoming club who are always on the look out for new players, previous experience is not necessary. They invite anyone who is walking by to feel free to wander over and support the team and have a cup of tea!
They applied for a grant from us at the 3R Foundation as their costs are ever increasing and one of their greatest expenses is the cricket balls themselves.
