Grant Application

The 3R Foundation's primary objective is to raise funds for local small charities, clubs and other non-profit groups by putting the proceeds raised by the 3R Foundation charity shop back into the local community primarily North Lancashire (Lancaster and Morecambe) and South Cumbria (Kendal area).

If you would like to be considered for a grant:
We suggest you read the FAQs page first, then simply complete our application form to apply for up to a £250, £500 or £1,000 grant for any project that benefits the local community in North Lancashire and South Cumbria and especially the Carnforth, Lancaster and Morecambe area.

Quick Tip: there are more £250 and £500 grants available than larger £1000 ones! So you will have a better chance of success if you apply for a smaller grant

The 3R Grants Committee meet every month so you will hear back with the results of your grant application within approximately 1 to 4 weeks. If you have been successful your grant will be paid a few days after you have been notified.

Successful funding applications will be listed here on our website and on our social media pages. You will be expected to publicise that you have received a 3R Foundation grant as part of the process.
