GRANT AWARDED INTERNATIONAL YOUTH GAMES - LANCASTER
The 3R Foundation has awarded a grant of £625 to the International Youth Games - Lancaster to purchase recycled drinks bottles for all the competitors
The games are a youth sport and cultural exchange for the young people of the Lancaster district, with some of the Lancaster twin towns from across Europe. After being cancelled during the Pandemic they were back in 2023 (despite the horrid weather). The games are organised by a group of volunteers from local sports groups and this is just the sort of grant funding the 3R Foundation is more than happy to help with!
The organisers said: Thank you so much, it really did make a big difference to those involved in the Games this year, compared to last time in Lancaster (without any welcome pack for guests)
